My name is Elle and I’m an integrative counsellor working in the north east London region, covering the areas of Barkingside, Ilford, Hainault, Romford as well as Chigwell, Chingford, Grange Hill, Woodford, Loughton. I also offer counselling via video.

I specialise in counselling for complex bereavement, grief and loss whilst also working in other areas such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, recovery from alcohol and substance misuse, work related stress, life transitions and spiritual/religious matters.

I am an Accredited Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their ethical framework. I am fully insured and hold an clear enhanced DBS check.
