Bereavement

I specialise in working with bereavement. The death of a loved one, miscarriage, infant loss or the death of a beloved pet can be some of the most difficult life experiences to have. If you are struggling to cope, bereavement counselling can provide you the space to process your bereavement in a sensitive and meaningful way.

Grief & Loss

Grief is not only experienced when someone we love dies. Grief is also felt when we go through other types of loss such as the loss of a job, a relationship, a friend, even a way of life. When we lose something important to us, the feelings of grief are just as deep as the grief felt in a bereavement. Counselling can provide you the time and space to mourn your loss.

Other issues I’ve worked with include but are not limited to:-

ADHD, recovery from alcohol or substance misuse, depression, anxiety, stress and work-related stress, relationship issues, fertility issues, life transitions, spiritual issues.
